VENTI SOLUTIONS EXPANDS ITS SERVICE OFFERINGS

Colorado Springs, CO., October 25, 2004 - Venti Solutions announced today that it is expanding its hosted services line to include new offerings that further meet the needs of mid-market companies seeking more cost effective solutions than premises-based software implementations.

Venti will be adding V-Reach, a hosted sales demonstration and training tool, and V-Manage, a hosted server management tool to its Venti-Assist (now called V-Assist) on-demand PC support tool. The Venti suite will enable companies to use a single hosted service for sales, training, PC support and server management for customers. Individual end users within a company will be able to subscribe to the specific feature sets they require to more effectively do their jobs.

"Our growing base of customers has taught us that Venti-Assist can solve a variety of customer problems, but not every user needs every feature. To that end, we have determined that we can more effectively address the market with several services that are tailored to specific customer needs. The products will be marketed directly by Venti Solutions and through Venti's growing base of channel partners.
