Loyola University Selects Venti Solutions for Support ing Students and Faculty

Colorado Springs, CO., March 4, 2005 - Venti Solutions announced today that Loyola University in New Orleans has chosen v-Assist to support students and faculty members wherever they are located. V-Assist gives Loyola's technicians the ability to take remote control of any computer, anywhere on campus or off-campus. The services are expected to save Loyola time and money in supporting faculty in their offices or homes, while making student PC fixes much faster (without the need for the student to bring their computer in for repair).

Venti enables the IT support of any computer, anywhere, at any time, without the need for resident software on the remote computer. Venti uses LANDesk's world class remote control software to provide immediate computer access and problem resolution. The software uninstalls itself at the end of each support session, leaving no residual on the client computer.
